The Data Center is a protected and controlled environment, a place specifically designed to host mission critical equipment. It has redundant connectivity with most tier 1 data carriers, which allows us to maintain the uptime of 99.9%. These Internet Data Center (IDC) links, connect your servers to the global network through the company's backbone. The main network, integrated by CISCO technology, and qualified as Cisco Powered Network, is made up of completely redundant Catalyst Line 6500 switches, which act through high-speed Ethernet links. The IDC has an infrastructure that includes all the necessary conditions for the service: 24 hr. technical support, humidity and temperature control, fire alarms and CO2 fire extinction mechanisms, connectivity, voltage control, UPS and auxiliary power generator, 24-hour security, etc.

NETWORK SECURITY

In addition to the ideal conditions offered by the IDC, revision alpha partnered with Untangle to protect your servers with their excellent firewall software, running on dedicated hardware (IBM X336).  This system does not generate additional burden to the servers and protects them at the application layer level against: Virus, Malware, Spyware, Phishing, Spam, Network Attacks, DoS, among others.

SERVER SECURITY

Each server in turn, is provisioned with security software that prevents fraudulent access by blocking any IP that attempts to register with apocryphal credentials or perform port scanning. Our 365 × 24 IBM equipment guarantee, enable us to provide a minimum response time to any hardware failure.

MONITORING

All our servers are monitored 24x7, sending multiple parameters alerts to anticipate any failure and perform preventive procedures before an outage occurs.
